Slip testing for hospitality and hotels

Hotels, restaurants, clubs and hospitality venues contain a wide variety of pedestrian surfaces exposed to water, food, beverages, oils and frequent cleaning. Daniels provides slip resistance testing for hotels, restaurants and other hospitality environments to assist operators and facility managers in identifying and managing potential slip hazards.

Testing and risk assessment can include entrances, foyers, bathrooms, commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants, pool surrounds, external areas, ramps and other pedestrian surfaces.

Our assessments can consider floor slip resistance together with cleaning practices, contamination, wet conditions, surface wear and existing risk controls.

Periodic slip testing can also help larger hotels and hospitality groups monitor floor performance and maintain documented information across multiple areas or properties.
