Scope of services
Testing is performed to the scope agreed in writing before attendance. Where the scope changes on site, we will confirm the change with you before proceeding.
Reports and their use
Reports record measurements taken at the locations tested, under the conditions present at the time of testing. They should not be treated as a warranty of future performance, because usage, cleaning systems, applied coatings and wear all affect a surface over time.
Site access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas to be tested and for advising us of site hazards and induction requirements before attendance.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted. Additional attendance required because access was not available on the agreed date may be charged separately.
Intellectual property
Reports are prepared for the named client and the stated purpose. Reproduction in part, in a way that alters the meaning of the results, is not permitted.
